In this video guide, we’ll walk you through how to submit a Website Update Request or a CRM Update Request through the Montessori Thrive Support Dashboard.
- Accessing the Montessori Thrive Support Dashboard
- Go to members.montessorithrive.com
- Click on Support
- Submitting a Website Update Request
- From the Support Dashboard, click on Website Update Request
- Fill out the form with your update details and submit.
- Submitting a CRM Update Request
- From the Support Dashboard, click on CRM Update Request
- Complete the request form with the necessary details and submit.
Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it and notify you as soon as your updates are complete.
